Freelance Art Director

About the Role

This freelance opportunity seeks an experienced Conceptual Designer / Art Director to join a dynamic Brand & Creative team. The role blends big-picture creative thinking with detailed design execution, primarily for out-of-home (OOH) and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and develop concepts and designs focused on OOH and digital media campaigns.
• Convert messaging and creative guidance into refined assets ready for various channels.
• Assist with studio activities, including resizing and adapting pre-existing creative materials.
• Effectively manage multiple projects (5–8) simultaneously, from large conceptual tasks to quick-turnaround production assignments.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, animators, and creative operations teams to achieve project goals.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess 5 to 7 years of professional experience in design, art direction, or integrated creative roles.
• Provide a portfolio showcasing both conceptual creativity and excellence in design execution.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign software.
• Experienced in executing campaigns across OOH, digital, and integrated marketing platforms.
• Able to balance original concept creation alongside production-oriented tasks.
• Background in broadcast, sports, or AI-related projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Motion design skills are not required for this position.

Contract Details

• Fully remote work environment.
• Expected commitment of 40 hours per week.
• Contract duration extends through October, with possibilities for renewal or extension.
