Role Overview

As a Founder's Associate, you will partner directly with the Founder, CEO, and leadership team to advance strategic priorities and operational excellence. You will spearhead significant cross-functional initiatives including projects in commercial, product, and operations domains. Your contributions will enhance organizational processes, build scalable structures, and ensure alignment across the expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Founder and CEO on projects that drive key company objectives.
• Take ownership of projects focused on brokerage, custody, and capital markets operations.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and the European investment infrastructure landscape.
• Lead special projects supporting lemon.markets’ growth trajectory.
• Manage and mentor the Founder’s Associate Intern team, providing direction and fostering skill development.
• Improve and scale internal documentation, workflows, and structures, leveraging AI capabilities where applicable.
• Co-develop and implement cross-functional initiatives to optimize collaboration.
• Act as a liaison across teams to identify priorities, mitigate blockers, and enhance cooperation.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills and independent work style.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, fintech, consulting, or technology companies.
• Experience or strong interest in brokerage, trading, or custody domains.
• Adept at handling ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex challenges logically and efficiently.
• Collaborative team player who shares knowledge freely and pursues tasks persistently until completion.
• Highly accountable and proactive, never shirking responsibility for identified problems and improvement opportunities.
