Job Summary and Duties

The Food Service Utility role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in kitchen areas, ensuring equipment and utensils are well maintained and sanitary. Responsibilities include sweeping and mopping floors, washing surfaces such as worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, removing and steam cleaning trash receptacles, moving supplies and equipment between storage and work zones, assisting with banquet and front-of-house setups, handling deliveries and supplies, distributing kitchen utensils and portable equipment, and adhering strictly to sanitation and safety standards.

Working Hours and Compensation

Schedules are flexible, covering shifts from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM with days varying; further schedule details are provided upon interview. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants must be willing to undergo training and perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations. Some positions require Florida Level 2 background screening.
