Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and assist the Food & Beverage teams across various service points
• Ensure outstanding guest service consistent with brand expectations
• Manage daily workflows in restaurant, bar, and banqueting functions
• Coordinate and support events including conferences and weddings
• Oversee smooth shift operations including staff briefings and task delegation
• Uphold excellence in hygiene, food presentation, and service standards
• Contribute to inventory management, ordering, and controlling costs
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and motivation
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
• Collaborate closely with the F&B Manager to meet financial and service objectives

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in fast-paced F&B environments, preferably hotel or large-scale operational settings
• Proven ability in managing restaurant, bar, banqueting, or conference operations
• Strong leadership and verbal communication capabilities
• Ability to maintain composure and organization under pressure
• Genuine enthusiasm for delivering high-quality guest service
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience leading small teams
• Familiarity with hotel management or POS software systems
• Background in staff training and mentorship
• Aspirations towards ascending to higher operational management positions
