Position Overview
Ventia is seeking dedicated Food and Beverage Staff to join the team at the Tindal RAAF Base in Katherine, Northern Territory. Multiple permanent full-time roles are open, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth within a supportive environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage of $26.11 plus superannuation benefits
- Uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) provided
- Training provided on the job to ensure successful integration into the role
Main Responsibilities
- Serve military personnel during meal services including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to all guests
- Operate the bar in compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in dining and bar spaces
- Support basic food preparation and manage restocking duties as necessary
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate effectively within a cooperative and friendly team
Qualifications and Requirements
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain a Defence Security Clearance, including undergoing an Australian Federal Police Check
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the position
