Job Location and Schedule

This role is based at Vi at Bentley Village, located at 2315 Leisure Lane, Naples, FL 34110. The position requires a full-time commitment from Sunday to Thursday, working 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate standard housekeeping equipment to maintain and restore carpet and hard surface flooring in the community's shared areas
• Perform minor repairs as needed within the community
• Thoroughly clean common community spaces to uphold facility standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work, ideally within hospitality, healthcare, environmental services, or senior living settings
• Possession of a valid and current driver's license where applicable
• Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment effectively
• Proficiency in floor care procedures and handling chemical solutions, including correct dilution ratios
• Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process is mandatory

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $17.06 to $20.01.
