Job Overview
We are seeking a FinOps Specialist focused on Accounts Receivable to join our team at Amazon Development Centre (India) Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad. This role involves managing the core aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, billing, and collection activities, to ensure effective financial operations and healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire accounts receivable process encompassing billing, invoicing, and timely collections from customers.
- Detect and address any inconsistencies found in AR aging reports to facilitate prompt payment recovery.
- Work closely with various internal departments to develop and apply efficient Order-to-Cash (OTC) strategies tailored for business-to-business clients.
- Conduct detailed financial data analysis to aid in enhancing cash flows and minimizing the risk of bad debt.
Required Experience and Skills
- A solid track record with 5 to 15 years' experience in accounts receivable or a relevant financial role.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle management and its practical application.
- Expertise in handling high volumes of customer-related financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a minimum qualification of Any Graduate.
