Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are hiring a Financial Operations Analyst for a 6+ month contract with potential for hire and multiple extensions. This full-time, onsite position is based in Mountain View, CA and is focused on ensuring the financial stability and operational success of our Strategic Partnership Group (SPG).

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue and payment tracking by maintaining detailed logs of revenue figures and payment statuses.
• Support financial forecasting by analyzing historical data and trends to provide meaningful insights.
• Generate precise invoices adhering to company policies and align them with revenue data; accurately record revenues in financial systems following set guidelines.
• Monitor accounts receivable to identify overdue payments and perform reconciliations to maintain accurate balances.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes related to invoicing and revenue management.
• Contribute to the design and deployment of financial operations workflows.
• Collaborate closely with finance and service partnership teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely payment processing.
• Provide additional financial project support and analysis as needed by the Financial Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, systems administration, and budget forecasting.
• Proficiency with financial software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to quickly understand and work with operational trackers and tools to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
• Excellent communication abilities including written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is highly desired.
