Field Verification Officer (Based in Yemen)

About the Role

Helios Systems Asia is seeking a Field Verification Officer to support verification activities in Yemen. This role focuses on on-ground checks, call-based confirmation, and accurate reporting as part of the field operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out address checks by visiting customer or employee locations.
• When needed, confirm employment information by visiting the relevant company office.
• Assist with education and document verification tasks.
• Perform verification calls over the phone.
• Record and update verification information in the system.
• Use mobile applications to collect required photographs and field evidence.
• Draft and submit clear, accurate reports within deadlines.
• Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
• Flag any incomplete, unclear, or inaccurate details to the operations team.

Requirements

• Between 1 and 4 years of experience in field verification, banking, telecom, collections, field sales, or a similar function.
• A graduate degree is mandatory.
• Should be comfortable traveling locally as part of the job.
• Having a personal vehicle and a valid driving licence is preferred.
• Should have a basic understanding of mobile applications and reporting tools.
• Strong communication ability in the local language is required.
• Working knowledge of English is an added advantage.
