Field Service Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Beeta Air Solution in Kochi, Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining air compressor systems and related equipment, ensuring optimal functioning and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test air compressors, dryers, air receiver tanks, filters, and compressed air piping systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing for rotary screw and piston air compressors.
• Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues promptly.
• Respond to customer breakdown calls and restore equipment operation swiftly.
• Prepare comprehensive service reports following each service visit.
• Advise customers on necessary spare parts, repairs, and propose Annual Maintenance Contracts based on equipment condition.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding ongoing service updates and recommendations.
• Adhere to safety standards and company protocols during all service activities.
• Collaborate with the service team and office to manage spare parts inventory and schedule service tasks effectively.
• Ensure upkeep of service tools, instruments, and company equipment in good working order.
• Travel across Kerala and neighboring states as required to service customer equipment.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly remuneration within the range of 15000 to 28000 INR.
