About the Role

We are seeking a conscientious and detail-focused Field Sales Executive specializing in LED bulb audits. The key function involves visiting authorized dealer locations to verify and assess the replacement of defective LED bulbs, ensuring all procedures adhere to established company standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to designated dealer sites as scheduled for audits.
• Examine and authenticate defective LED bulbs submitted for replacement.
• Ensure the replacement process follows the company's specified protocols.
• Cross-check dealer inventory, records, and documents related to replacements.
• Document findings comprehensively, including photographic evidence for audits.
• Timely preparation and submission of detailed audit reports using the organization's reporting tools.
• Liaise with the operations team to discuss audit outcomes and resolve any discrepancies.
• Identify and report instances of irregularities, improper use, or deviations from compliance during dealer visits.
• Maintain cordial and professional interactions with dealers, serving as a representative of the company.
• Undertake extensive travel as required moving between dealer locations.
