About the Role

We are recruiting a Field Sales Executive for a dynamic role involving both telecalling and direct client engagement in sales. The position is based in Durgapur and involves representing India's largest B2B marketplace, providing a promising career path in sales with ample growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to potential clients, making up approximately 40% of the role.
• Engage in field sales activities including face-to-face meetings with clients, constituting about 60% of the job.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a graduate degree as a minimum qualification.
• Male candidates only, with an age limit up to 32 years.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to travel daily distances of 30 to 35 kilometers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹25,000 per month with a CTC between ₹2.18 lakhs and ₹3.84 lakhs per annum.
