Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Rajkot, Gujarat. This role involves building and expanding our dealer and distributor network for our range of electric vehicles (EV) scooters within designated territories.

Key Duties

• Identify potential dealers and distributors and facilitate their onboarding in assigned areas.
• Regularly engage with both prospective and current dealers to stimulate business growth.
• Demonstrate the company’s EV scooter models, discuss pricing structures, and communicate dealership advantages effectively.
• Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the organization.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealers and distributors to encourage repeat orders and loyalty.
• Conduct thorough market research to track competitors’ pricing, strategic moves, and customer demand trends.
• Collaborate closely with operations and logistics departments to guarantee timely delivery and order completion.
• Provide dealers with assistance in product training, marketing promotions, and sales initiatives.
• Maintain detailed reports on daily dealer visits, overall sales, and feedback from the market.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and other marketing events to attract potential customers and partners.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 INR.
