Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Field Officer position in Odisha involves engaging with customers and communities to promote loan products, supporting application processes, managing documentation and eligibility assessments. The role includes conducting group sessions, verifying customer data, monitoring repayments, maintaining comprehensive field records, coordinating with branch teams, facilitating customer onboarding via digital platforms, and ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory standards. The candidate will build robust relationships with local stakeholders and consistently represent the company professionally.
Qualification Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities to effectively interact with diverse populations.
- Basic knowledge of financial principles and loan products, including microfinance operations and repayment mechanisms.
- Capability to perform frequent field visits within designated areas, managing time and responsibilities independently.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, digital tools, and undertaking basic data entry tasks.
- Educational minimum of high school completion; bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, social work, or related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in local languages of Odisha with basic English reading and writing skills.
- Strong ethical standards, reliability, and commitment to community development.
- Previous experience in field roles, microfinance, banking, or community engagement is advantageous but not essential.
