Job Overview

The role of F&B Captain involves being a frontline representative of the hotel, delivering prompt and courteous service to all guests as the Hospitality Ambassador. This position plays a crucial role in guest satisfaction by ensuring exceptional quality and comfort within the food and beverage outlets. Responsibilities include collaborating effectively across departments to maintain timely and efficient operations, possessing comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, and hotel services, and continually advancing professional skills to enhance the guest experience. Maintaining a safe, hygienic environment and respecting guest privacy are paramount.
