• Guaranteed annual salary of $300,000 plus RVU-based compensation
• Sign-on bonus of $100,000

Responsibilities and Facility Details

• Provide outpatient family medicine care
• Work in a 25-bed critical access hospital setting
• Choice between a four-day or five-day work week
• Manage approximately 16 patients daily
• Collaborate with Family Medicine, Nurse Practitioner, and Medical Assistant clinic support
• No on-call duties required
