Internship Overview

This Fall 2025 Supply Chain & Operations Internship offers rising seniors from accredited colleges an immersive, in-person experience in Tarte’s New York City offices. Interns will gain practical exposure across multiple operations sectors, such as Launch, Production, Quality Assurance, Retail Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations. This opportunity is ideal for candidates eager to develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced setting under the mentorship of experienced industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational duties specific to assigned departments
• Manage responsibility for delegated daily and weekly assignments
• Participate in training sessions and presentations conducted by Tarte leadership
• Collaborate with department heads on independent projects
• Enhance skills in teamwork, leadership, analysis, and strategic planning

Candidate Requirements

• Current enrollment at an accredited college or university; preference for rising seniors
• Availability to work onsite at the New York City office during the internship period
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks while adapting to a fast-moving work environment
• Proven teamwork abilities
• Strong organizational aptitude paired with effective communication skills
• Excellence in written and verbal interpersonal communication
