Job Overview
As a Facility Coordinator at Sea in Singapore, you will be responsible for managing office facility requests, addressing feedback, and ensuring smooth maintenance and operations within the office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to requests and feedback regarding office facility usage and related concerns.
- Detect and track any defects or service shortcomings in office facilities.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors to schedule and execute repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Provide support in procurement processes and handle administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a degree or diploma in engineering, facility management, or similar disciplines.
- Have previous experience in office management, property management, or corresponding fields.
- Exhibit strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills.
- Be proficient with MS Office applications.
