Facilities Specialist

Key Duties

• Manage upkeep and repairs of facility equipment including electrical systems, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV), compressed dry air, vacuum and gas systems, process chilled water, and plumbing.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and routine checks on various facility equipment to prevent malfunctions.
• Organize and oversee maintenance timetables and repair operations for facility equipment.
• Supervise external service providers such as housekeeping, pest control, vending machine maintenance, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance and renovation work.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineers during installation or repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment within production zones.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 4 years experience in facilities management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve faults in systems and equipment.
• Competency in maintaining detailed records of maintenance tasks and generating descriptive reports.
• Proven ability to cooperate with team members to fulfill management objectives.
• Willingness to work in cleanroom settings, perform duties at heights, and occasionally work on weekends.
