Program Overview

The Thiess Graduate Program offers a comprehensive two-year journey to learn, develop, and gain insight into the mining industry, working alongside senior experts who will mentor your development. Participants will engage in structured on-the-job training, follow guided learning plans, and benefit from a mentor alongside various professional development opportunities.

Throughout the program, graduates will complete up to two 12-month rotations across different roles within Coal and Minerals Mining projects located throughout Australia. These rotations provide valuable exposure to diverse teams and projects, helping to progress their career.

Candidate Profile

Possession of a relevant bachelor's degree or a related field of study
A cumulative GPA of 4.5 or above
A strong interest in the mining sector
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to mining sites

Eligibility to work legally in Australia
