Role Overview and Organization Background
The Executive Vice President will be a distinguished leader in the insurance sector, responsible for operational excellence, growth strategy, and fostering robust relationships with carriers and clients. This role supports Noguchi & Associates, a highly esteemed independent insurance agency established in 1982 in Hawaiʻi, known for its comprehensive insurance and risk management services including commercial, personal insurance, employee benefits, premium financing, surety bonds, claims support, and specialized programs.
In 2022, Noguchi became part of the Ori-gen family, enabling it to expand resources and market access while retaining its strong local identity and client-focused culture. The firm has demonstrated significant growth recently, further strengthening its market presence and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational management of the brokerage and collaborate with ownership and leadership to drive business growth.
- Improve operational efficiency, enhance client retention, and elevate service delivery standards.
- Advance implementation of technology solutions, including AI-enabled tools to boost scalability.
- Oversee daily operations, process enhancements, carrier and client relationship management.
- Support financial initiatives including budgeting, profitability, market expansion strategies, cross-selling, and acquisitions.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution while preserving company culture and values.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven executive leadership within brokerage operations or a related insurance business.
- Extensive experience managing carrier partnerships and deep knowledge of Hawaiʻi's insurance market.
- Strong financial acumen and a growth-driven mindset.

Compensation and Application Process
The target base salary ranges from $225,000 to $250,000 annually, complemented by incentive-based compensation opportunities.
