Executive - Technical Support

Overview

Mount Everest Breweries Limited is seeking a seasoned brewery expert to enhance our Manufacturing Excellence team. This role demands extensive understanding of brewing processes and operational systems within brewery settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in brewing, fermentation, filtration, packaging, utilities, engineering, and quality management across brewery environments.
• Analyze and identify gaps in processes, recognize operational risks, and uncover opportunities for improvement; lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
• Conduct benchmarking exercises to assess brewery performance and actively support initiatives aimed at manufacturing excellence.
• Evaluate engineering projects, utilities, process optimizations, and techno-commercial proposals to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Compile comprehensive technical reports, management information systems (MIS), KPI dashboards, and deliver presentations to management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Finance departments to boost operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines such as Brewing, Chemical, Food Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
• 8 to 15 years of professional experience in brewery, beverage production, or FMCG manufacturing sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of brewery operations, utilities management, engineering principles, quality assurance systems, and process enhancements.
• Experience in conducting technical audits, managing CAPEX projects, evaluating vendors, and monitoring manufacturing KPIs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, ERP systems like SAP, and skills in preparing MIS and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical capabilities, auditing expertise, excellent communication skills, and report writing proficiency.
