  • Prepare candidate reports, progress updates, and shortlist presentations with clear communication and strong attention to detail.
  • Share market intelligence, recruitment practices, and digital tools that strengthen the Executive Recruitment team’s knowledge base and raise the standard of leadership hiring.
  • Use data, industry knowledge, and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on workforce trends and recruitment results.
  • Work with Executive On-boarding and senior HR Business Partners to deliver a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Represent and promote the employer brand, employee value proposition, and workplace culture to attract senior executive talent internationally.
  • Follow internal policies, diversity goals, and best-practice recruitment standards.
  • Improve recruitment workflows continuously to enhance candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
