Overview
We are looking for an exceptionally organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to offer dedicated one-on-one administrative and strategic support to the CEO of a boutique property investment company located in London's West End. This key position involves managing the CEO's daily agenda and providing effective administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive one-to-one executive assistance to the CEO.
- Efficiently manage a dynamic diary, scheduling appointments and coordinating all logistical arrangements.
- Organize complex travel plans within the UK and internationally, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa arrangements.
- Prepare business presentations, reports, research materials, and briefing documents to support meetings.
- Oversee and prioritize the CEO’s email correspondence.
- Handle expense processing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Coordinate internal company events and team social activities.
- Occasionally provide administrative assistance to the Finance Director.
- Support HR administration and aid in implementing company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven background as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting a CEO or senior executive within a corporate setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Proactive mindset with adaptability and keen attention to detail.
