Role Overview

You will play a pivotal role in decision-making, prioritizing initiatives, and achieving clinical and operational objectives in an environment that supports reasonable workloads and on-call assistance.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in hospice care or a related healthcare setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare principles, theories, and hospice best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to varied audiences.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Strong abilities in problem-solving, time management, and organization.
• Ability to adapt and excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Previous healthcare industry experience is an added benefit.
