About the Organisation
Sajhe Sapne is focused on creating opportunities for young women from rural communities to learn, earn, and develop long-term careers. By working through Sapna Centers and district-level collaborations, the organisation supports girls and young women in moving from school into meaningful work.
Role Overview
In this position, you will partner closely with the Founder to move key priorities forward. The job involves turning ideas into executable plans, coordinating projects, carrying out research, supporting partnerships, improving internal systems, and helping ensure that important initiatives progress smoothly from planning to delivery. It is well suited to someone who likes solving problems, balancing several tasks at once, and contributing in a fast-moving, purpose-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s schedule, meetings, priority lists, and follow-up trackers.
- Facilitate communication with funders, government representatives, employers, and ecosystem partners.
- Research topics and create presentations, reports, meeting summaries, and briefing notes.
- Coordinate projects across the organisation and keep action items moving on time.
- Maintain records and help improve internal workflows, documentation, and systems.
- Work with different teams to monitor priorities and remove blockers.
- Assist with strategic initiatives and support effective execution across departments.
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience in executive assistance, project coordination, operations, consulting, research, or a related function.
- Strong skills in organisation, coordination, and managing time well.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Comfort working independently while handling multiple priorities.
- Solid research, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
- Careful attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
- Prior interest in social impact or nonprofit work will be helpful.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary is ₹35,000 to ₹55,000, depending on experience. The role offers direct exposure to the Founder’s strategic work, along with hands-on learning in partnerships, operations, research, and organisational development.
