Role Overview
This unique opportunity places an outstanding individual at the heart of TVF Media and the Institute of Art and Ideas (IAI), a leading arts and media organisation in London. The role supports the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, a noted philosopher and broadcaster, in managing his personal office and spearheading innovative projects within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary company active in events, digital media, communications, television, post production, and the arts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and scheduling.
- Oversee talent coordination and public relations activities connected to the CEO.
- Initiate and advance projects aligned with the company’s evolving activities, effectively addressing defined challenges.
- Contribute significantly to the biannual philosophy and music festival production.
- Support the growth of Open Gallery, a smaller arts division specializing in bespoke video artwork sales.
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities, including people management and executive support, as familiarity with the organisation deepens.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a degree from a prestigious university, demonstrating strong academic credentials.
- Highly organised and focused with exemplary written and oral communication skills.
- Possesses a commanding personality capable of driving initiatives to completion.
- Executive assistant or management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
