Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar and scheduling.
• Oversee talent coordination and public relations activities connected to the CEO.
• Initiate and advance projects aligned with the company’s evolving activities, effectively addressing defined challenges.
• Contribute significantly to the biannual philosophy and music festival production.
• Support the growth of Open Gallery, a smaller arts division specializing in bespoke video artwork sales.
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities, including people management and executive support, as familiarity with the organisation deepens.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a degree from a prestigious university, demonstrating strong academic credentials.
