Overview
This role is with a healthcare consulting employer that is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CEO’s direct support partner by managing a complex calendar, organizing priorities, and keeping schedules on track.
- Function as the main coordination hub for the CEO’s office, making sure communication, reminders, and follow-ups happen promptly.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential information with a high level of judgment, discretion, and integrity.
- Draft briefing documents, meeting agendas, and presentation materials that help prepare the CEO for decisions and discussions.
- Improve administrative workflows and communication practices to strengthen day-to-day operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Background supporting senior executives, ideally in a healthcare-related setting, is strongly preferred.
- Strong organization and time-management abilities are needed to handle competing deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Preferred Background
- 10 or more years of progressive administrative experience.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience working across internal departments and with outside partners.
- Strong people skills, a cooperative style, and a service-focused approach.
