Compensation

The expected pay range is CAD 38,000 to CAD 50,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning across properties while maintaining strong hygiene standards
• Complete tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, vent cleaning, and bathroom sanitation
• Carry out more specialized work like washing windows and cleaning carpets
• Inspect areas before and after cleaning and record the condition of the space
• Report any damage, deficiencies, or repair needs to management
• Restock and maintain assigned facility areas and supplies
• Observe all health and safety requirements while working
• Follow the company’s cleaning procedures and quality standards consistently

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working professionally in cleaning
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Working knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment use
• Strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality results
• Good organizational and communication abilities
• Comfortable working independently as well as with a team
• Understanding of the safe use and handling of cleaning products and supplies
• Owns an iPhone for job-related communication
• Willingness to adjust to different sites and work schedules
• Physical ability and stamina to complete cleaning duties efficiently
