Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on the European channel, driving client acquisition and retention to boost sales performance and support the team in reaching its objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships to enhance sales outcomes.
- Support the team in achieving collective sales targets.

Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience in an exchange environment.
- Proven track record of managing monthly transaction volumes exceeding ten million.
Skills and Abilities
- Fluent in English; preference given to candidates based overseas.
- Experience studying or living abroad is advantageous.
- Strong industry knowledge with the ability to adapt KOL engagement strategies based on market changes.
