Key Responsibilities
- Stay updated on industry competitive advantages to leverage during bidding processes.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in cost data through comprehensive information gathering.
- Secure precise quotations for materials and systems to create reliable cost estimates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or comparable field or experience.
- Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Preferred experience of 1 to 3 years in the construction sector.
