ERP Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for an ERP Developer with at least one year of experience to join our technology team in Pune. The role involves creating, customizing, and supporting ERP systems to align with business processes and ensuring smooth technical operations across modules.

Primary Duties

• Design and implement ERP software solutions tailored to business needs.
• Customize various ERP modules including HRMS, Finance, Inventory, Sales, and Payroll to fit organizational requirements.
• Work closely with different functional teams to understand and analyze their system needs.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts to maintain ERP performance.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance related to ERP functionalities.
• Maintain data accuracy and security, especially during ERP upgrades or migrations.
• Support integration of ERP with internal systems and external third-party applications.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and instructional user guides.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum one year of ERP development and maintenance experience.
• Proficient in SQL and database management with solid data analysis capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with ERP modules such as HRMS, Finance, Inventory, or equivalent.
• Ability to customize ERP workflows, forms, and reporting mechanisms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to work autonomously or collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills for cross-team coordination.

Preferred Expertise

• Experience integrating ERP systems with other platforms.
• Understanding of business process management and automation techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions.
