Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Data Analyst position based in Manchester, NJ involves gathering, cleansing, and analyzing data related to healthcare and financial lifecycles. The role focuses on identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities to improve processes. Responsibilities include developing reports and dashboards, supporting data models for automation workflows, and delivering data-driven insights to stakeholders involved in medical practice compliance and operations. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into analytical solutions, careful documentation of findings, and participation in implementing recommendations. The Data Analyst also supports maintaining data integrity and contributes to the ongoing enhancement of analytics tools and methodologies.
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrable experience in data analytics.
- Solid grounding in statistics and quantitative analysis techniques.
- Effective communication skills to explain complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
