You will be responsible for managing and improving architecture tools and frameworks, ensuring their alignment with the organization's architectural goals to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Duties

• Provide deep expertise in enterprise architecture tools to support the architecture team's capabilities in documentation, visualization, and analysis.
• Implement and manage architecture tools to assist in modeling and documenting the organizational architecture landscape effectively.
• Engage with enterprise architects, IT personnel, and other stakeholders to understand and fulfill tool-related requirements.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance users' proficiency in architecture tools and methodologies.
• Continuously monitor and assess tool performance, collecting user feedback to drive ongoing tool and process improvements.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and tools in the enterprise architecture sector to advocate for beneficial enhancements.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Have 3 to 5 years' experience working with enterprise architecture, particularly focusing on tools and frameworks.
• Be knowledgeable in prominent enterprise architecture tools like ArchiMate or Sparx EA, or equivalent modeling solutions.
• Exhibit strong analytical abilities with skills in translating business needs into technical documentation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork capabilities for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Adapt well to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Preferably hold certifications such as TOGAF or related enterprise architecture credentials.
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise architecture tools and some programming or scripting skills to support automation tasks is an advantage.
