Role Summary

We seek a dedicated Engineer for New Product Introduction based in Singapore who will actively contribute to product qualification and reliability by collaborating with fabrication teams and external partners. The position focuses on advancing next-generation NAND flash products crucial for AI and frontier technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create data visualizations and charts using tools like JMP.
• Employ scripting languages, such as Perl and Python, for data processing tasks.
• Develop HTML interfaces for data presentation.
• Apply expertise in Electrical Failure Analysis diagnostics.
• Manage Fab Reliability performance, including developing wafer-level reliability sampling plans and conducting validation through OCAP procedures and Bench EFA.
• Innovate and enhance Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) capabilities as a proxy for backend Unit Level Reliability (ULR) testing to improve test correlation and accuracy.
• Participate as a subject matter expert in fab quality teams, focusing on reliability failure modes detection and quality improvement initiatives.
• Implement corrective and preventive measures based on customer feedback to support CQE and FEMQA teams.
• Drive characterization and testing of defectivity performance, ensuring timely qualification and market readiness in collaboration with fabrication and external counterparts.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science fields is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking capabilities are essential.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for collaboration at all organizational levels.
• A growth-oriented mindset with eagerness for continuous learning and development.
• Internship or work experience within the semiconductor sector is advantageous.
