Position Overview
The Enablement Systems & Automation Specialist will be part of the Go-To-Market Enablement (GTME) team, reporting to Enablement Tech Operations within the GTME Centre of Excellence. This hybrid role involves both remote work and office presence in line with team needs. The specialist focuses on developing automation and integrations to streamline enablement platforms, enhancing operational efficiency across global customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and sustain automation, integration, and AI-powered workflows that minimize manual tasks and expand operational scalability.
- Automate learner experiences within curriculum and event management systems to improve consistency and reduce manual efforts.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate redundant processes rather than merely improving them.
- Assess and integrate AI tools to augment enablement operations.
- Collaborate with Information Security, IT, engineering, and system owners to obtain necessary approvals, access, and technical support.
- Manage governance and organizational procedures to advance cross-functional initiatives effectively.
- Influence multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward amid competing priorities.
- Maintain persistence navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity to achieve business objectives.
- Support configuration, governance, and data integrity of enablement technologies.
- Contribute to building reporting infrastructures and data pipelines to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Create and uphold technical documentation, governance guidelines, and knowledge bases.
- Promote and scale best practices among diverse global teams and projects.
Qualifications
- At least two years’ experience as a learning and development technologist, enablement technology specialist, or related role in learning operations or systems.
- Proven expertise in developing automations or integrations using platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, APIs, or similar tools.
- Experience with learning technologies and enablement platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other enterprise tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with AI tool deployment, prompt engineering, or intelligent workflow design.
- Comfort navigating enterprise security, compliance, governance, and access approval processes.
- Ability to operate independently within ambiguous or complex environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale enablement or sales performance initiatives is advantageous.
