You will play an essential role in helping people prepare for, obtain, and sustain employment that can transform their lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Workforce Australia participants to prepare for and secure sustainable employment.
• Empower participants by helping them recognize strengths and overcome barriers with renewed confidence.
• Develop creative strategies to address employment challenges and provide necessary tools and support.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and advocate for workplace accommodations.
• Celebrate participant achievements and contribute to a culture of recognition.
• Build enduring partnerships with employers who value diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Right to work in Australia.
• Valid driver’s license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
• MyGovID (Standard level) authentication.
• Willingness to undergo National Police and Working with Children Checks.
• Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
