Join us as an Employment Consultant based in Queanbeyan, NSW, working within the Workforce Australia Program. You will play an essential role in helping people prepare for, obtain, and sustain employment that can transform their lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Workforce Australia participants to prepare for and secure sustainable employment.
- Empower participants by helping them recognize strengths and overcome barriers with renewed confidence.
- Develop creative strategies to address employment challenges and provide necessary tools and support.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and advocate for workplace accommodations.
- Celebrate participant achievements and contribute to a culture of recognition.
- Build enduring partnerships with employers who value diversity and inclusion.

Requirements
- Right to work in Australia.
- Valid driver’s license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
- MyGovID (Standard level) authentication.
- Willingness to undergo National Police and Working with Children Checks.
- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
