About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, managing email outreach, and generating leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct precise email outreach to build and nurture business relationships.
- Create compelling, customized, and conversion-optimized email content.
- Manage email databases ensuring accuracy and proper segmentation.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Improve campaigns using A/B testing and data-driven insights.
- Ensure high email deliverability and adhere to best email marketing standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with company objectives.
- Achieve set outreach goals on daily, weekly, and monthly timelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years of demonstrated experience in email marketing and outreach.
- Familiarity with email marketing and CRM software like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Mailchimp, Lemlist, or HubSpot.
- Proficient in cold email outreach and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent command of written English and strong communication capabilities.
- Understanding of email deliverability factors and protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC is advantageous.
- Ability to independently run multiple simultaneous campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable internet connectivity and a professional home office setup.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B lead generation.
- Knowledge of AI-driven personalization and email automation technologies.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
