We are seeking a skilled technician to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on elevators and escalators, ensuring their safe and efficient operation across facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on elevators and escalators.
• Inspect critical elevator components to detect mechanical and electrical defects.
• Address and resolve customer-reported service issues promptly.
• Examine motors, control panels, wiring, safety mechanisms, doors, and sensors.
• Carry out routine servicing to guarantee smooth and safe elevator functioning.
• Perform testing and diagnostics following maintenance activities.
• Replace faulty parts as necessary.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and submit detailed service reports.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and site-specific safety standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and clients to coordinate maintenance schedules and activities.
• Provide emergency repair support in response to breakdown calls.
