Role Overview
The Education Franchise Development Manager is responsible for identifying and cultivating franchise opportunities within the assigned region, focusing on educational entrepreneurs and related institutions. The role involves generating leads, securing franchise partners, and managing the full franchise sales cycle from inception through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new franchise prospects across the designated territory.
- Engage with educational professionals including entrepreneurs, coaching centers, schools, tuition services, and business owners.
- Generate and convert new business leads into active franchise partnerships.
- Deliver compelling business presentations to explain the franchise model and associated revenue potentials.
- Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with schools, institutes, and education consultants.
- Plan and carry out field visits aimed at expanding market presence and developing business opportunities.
- Oversee the entire franchise sales process from lead generation to partner onboarding.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups to facilitate successful franchise activations.
- Meet and exceed monthly business development and franchise growth targets.
- Provide daily reporting, including updates from meetings and meticulous maintenance of CRM records.
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions and business negotiations.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, franchise sales, or education sales roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills with a talent for closing deals.
- Willingness and ability to undertake extensive travel and fieldwork.
- Highly self-driven and performance-oriented individual.
- Prior experience in the education or EdTech sectors is advantageous.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly remuneration ranging from 25,000 to 50,000 INR.
