Compensation and Benefits
- Approximate net monthly salary of 3000€ based on full-time employment.
- Weekly advance payments of 200€ paid every Thursday.
- Free accommodation provided by the employer.
- Base gross hourly wage of 14.00€ plus allowances and travel bonuses to the project site.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing tasks related to the construction and renovation of roads, sidewalks, and road infrastructure.
- Executing earthworks and water-sewage system duties.
- Preparing and leveling terrain for asphalt surfaces and paving stones.
- Laying paving stones, curbs, and edging.
- Carrying out substructure and surface preparation work.
- Operating basic construction tools and machinery.
- Collaborating with the team on ongoing roadwork and paving assignments.
- Maintaining cleanliness on site and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in earthworks or road construction.
- Communicative proficiency in German or English.
- Possession of a personal vehicle is mandatory for commuting to the worksite, ensuring autonomy locally.
- Own work clothing and basic tools are required.
