Role Overview

Join Metro Guard Oxford Limited as a Door Supervisor at a prestigious Manchester venue, where your main responsibility is to safeguard clients, staff, and company assets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the access point by screening visitors for age and prohibited items such as weapons or drugs.
• Oversee entry and exit routes to maintain a secure environment.
• Handle crowd control and supervise customer arrivals ensuring safety.
• Perform ID verification and conduct searches as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• At least six months of experience as a Door Supervisor.
• Possess a current and valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Teamwork capabilities with reliability and confidence.
• Ability to effectively manage emergency situations and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Employment Details

• Permanent position with flexibility for full-time or part-time engagement.
• Typical shifts include four nights or lates per week, working hours from 18:00 to 00:30 or 20:00 to 01:30.
• Location based in Manchester.
• Hourly pay rate of £13.50.
