Dispatch & Field Executive

Job Overview

Join Panav Bio-Tech Private Limited as a Dispatch & Field Executive based in Delhi-NCR. This position involves managing daily dispatch activities to ensure materials are delivered on schedule and supporting field tasks related to material handling and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch operations guaranteeing timely delivery of goods.
• Load and unload materials or boxes into delivery vehicles as necessary.
• Keep detailed records of dispatched materials and track stock movements.
• Ensure accurate counting, effective packing, and proper handling of goods prior to dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse and office teams to schedule dispatch activities efficiently.
• Conduct site visits for customer locations and perform field-related tasks within market areas.
• Maintain dispatch registers, delivery challans, and stock entry documentation.
• Update outgoing material tracking reports using MS Excel applications.
• Ensure all dispatch documentation is precise and complete.
• Provide support in field sales and customer interaction activities.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Capability to accurately maintain dispatch and inventory records.
• Willingness and physical ability to undertake fieldwork and material handling tasks.
• Good organizational skills and effective time management.
