This role, based in Canada, is with a partner company seeking a Director of Solution and Product Marketing who will influence global market strategy and craft compelling narratives for advanced enterprise technology platforms.

Situated at the junction of product strategy, solution positioning, and go-to-market execution, you will help organizations grasp the value of complex platforms by collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams to translate technical features into persuasive business benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain compelling product and solution narratives with differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions targeted at enterprise segments.
Direct solution and product marketing efforts, focusing on use cases, competitive landscape analysis, and market differentiation.
Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches and strategic initiatives in partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Produce impactful sales enablement tools such as pitch decks, battle cards, solution briefs, technical documents, and customer-facing materials.
Support market influence activities including analyst relations to ensure industry influencers understand the company's positioning and vision.
Translate intricate technical concepts into engaging narratives addressing business challenges and customer benefits.
Collaborate with field teams, sales engineering, customer success, and ecosystem partners to enhance market penetration and sales effectiveness.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members ensuring high standards in strategic thought, quality of execution, and teamwork.
Create alignment among global teams by tailoring messaging and enablement strategies to diverse markets and client contexts.
Utilize customer feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to refine marketing strategies continuously.

Required Qualifications

Over 10 years' experience in B2B enterprise software marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in senior individual contributor or leadership roles encompassing product or solution marketing.
Proven ability to create marketing strategies that address multifaceted business challenges beyond product features.
Exceptional storytelling skills capable of simplifying complex technical topics without sacrificing accuracy or credibility.
Experience in technical domains such as automation, AI/ML, developer tools, integration platforms, middleware, or similar technologies.
Track record of leading go-to-market strategies and executing successful product launches in dynamic environments.
Expertise in cross-functional collaboration working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and senior leadership.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives, analysts, and industry stakeholders.
Experience managing and mentoring marketing professionals through direct or project-based leadership.
Comfort with direct use of technology products and effective application of AI-powered tools.
Familiarity with global enterprise ecosystems including system integrators, cloud providers, and technology partners.
Experience marketing to technical and senior business decision-makers is greatly preferred.
Knowledge in process automation, orchestration, BPM, or related enterprise technology sectors is advantageous.
Preferred experience engaging with analyst relations such as Gartner or Forrester.
Experience in fast-growth, remote-first companies is a plus.
