About the Role and Team

The Marketing department at Sundays merges creativity and strategic insight to shape our customers' experiences. This newly created position, Director of Performance Creative, aims to exponentially increase ad production—from 20 to 1,000 new ads monthly—while maintaining high ad quality and ensuring diverse formats, sources, and audience segments.

Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing and collaborating as a peer with the Director of Growth and Creative Director, you will serve as the executive producer overseeing our creative engine. Your responsibility is to establish a system that generates a broad variety of creative content from multiple sources—internal strategists, influencers, and agencies—and utilize performance data to objectively evaluate and select the best content for Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive primary quarterly metrics: ad volume, quality (hook rate, CAC, performance), and diversity (format, source, audience cohort).
  • Act as executive producer by managing the flow of creative content and deciding which materials are published.
