Role Overview
This full-time remote leadership position is focused on running client operations end to end and making sure every account receives dependable, high-quality service. The Director will guide client operations teams, set and uphold service expectations, and track key performance indicators covering service delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with finance and account management to estimate staffing and resource needs, manage budgets, and help support revenue and profitability objectives. Your day-to-day work will include improving workflows, handling escalated client concerns, and driving process changes that align with broader business goals. You will also coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute operational initiatives and ensure smooth delivery across accounts.
Strategic Contribution
Beyond daily operations, the Director will help shape organizational direction by sharing insights on client behavior, operational risk, and potential areas for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong background in operations leadership, including process improvement, performance tracking, and working across teams.
- Proven ability to improve client satisfaction through reliable service, timely issue resolution, and proactive relationship handling.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and finance-related planning, including forecasting, expense control, and profitability support.
- Solid account management experience, with the ability to oversee several accounts while meeting client expectations.
- Demonstrated success leading remote teams, with the ability to coach, develop, and retain staff.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment, with careful attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, or a similar field; an advanced degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration platforms and data-led operations management; experience in client services or SaaS is a plus.
