About the Role
Concord Direct is hiring a part-time Digital Project Coordinator to oversee the development lifecycle of email, web, and paid media projects within their internal teams. This contract opportunity involves up to 25 hours weekly, following a consistent schedule aligned with Eastern Standard Time business hours. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in advancing Concord Direct's goal of supporting nonprofit organizations in audience growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing content workflows using prescribed document templates and timelines to ensure smooth team coordination.
- Distributing client-approved content to production, detailing technical needs, ensuring assets align across briefs, and assigning tasks with clear timings and descriptions to responsible team members.
- Maintaining proactive communication to provide updates, alert teams to changes, and facilitate seamless transitions between project phases.
- Identifying and communicating any potential scheduling conflicts promptly.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum two years experience coordinating projects within an agency environment, preferably direct marketing.
- Proficiency with Asana or comparable project management tools is highly favored.
- Excellent organizational capability with keen attention to detail and the ability to act with urgency when required.
- Adaptability, enthusiasm, and patience to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative workplace.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Additional Information
- Position is contractual and part-time.
- Work is onsite within the United States during standard business hours (EST).
- Compensation ranges from $30 to $40 per hour.
