Role Overview
Gouda Ramesh ENT Hospital seeks a dynamic and inventive Digital Marketing Executive to enhance the hospital's recognition, boost patient inquiries, and strengthen its online footprint through platforms like social media, Google, and video marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the hospital's presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Produce and publish daily content including posts, reels, and educational materials for patients.
- Capture and edit short videos utilizing a smartphone.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Enhance visibility on Google Maps and handle Google Reviews.
- Create promotional materials such as posters and banners using Canva.
- Craft captions in both English and Telugu for various content.
- Track website and social media metrics through analytics tools.
- Collaborate with medical staff to document surgeries, hospital events, and collect patient testimonials with consent.
- Drive marketing for health camps, seasonal initiatives, and special hospital services.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and AI technologies.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- Proficient with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or equivalent editing software.
- Fundamental skills in photography and videography.
- Knowledge of SEO strategies and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Familiarity with AI tools including ChatGPT.
- Effective communication abilities in Telugu and English.
- Basic skills in Excel and reporting.
Preferred Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, BBA, MBA, Mass Communication, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of digital marketing experience, particularly within healthcare, will be advantaged.

Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, depending on experience and performance. Additional incentives are provided for achieving marketing objectives.
