Role Responsibilities

• Visit various pathology labs, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
• Promote and sell diagnostic equipment, laboratory reagents, and rapid testing kits.
• Identify and generate new customer leads while nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Support senior team members by conducting product demonstrations.
• Follow up on price quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with service engineers to manage installations and provide customer support.
• Maintain daily visit logs and routinely update the Customer Relationship Management system.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Applicants can be fresh graduates or experienced sales professionals.
• Minimum educational qualification is graduation in any field; preferred degrees include B.Sc., B.Pharm., DMLT, BMLT, Biomedical Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
• Positive mindset and readiness to travel extensively within Pune and nearby areas.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is advantageous.

Job Location and Work Conditions

The position is based in Pune, Maharashtra, with field visits required across Pune city and its surrounding regions.
