About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Developer with over 10 years of expertise to join our team in Singapore. The position involves working extensively with Temenos Triple’A Plus (WealthSuite Front Office PM) and related middleware, containers, databases, and operating systems to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to provision servers and databases and manage software installation, configuration, and maintenance for application build and deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes aligned with industry best practices.
• Manage infrastructure activities across various environments including development, testing, and production, covering upgrades, deployments, service restarts, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and optimize monitoring tools to ensure system stability, performance, availability, and observability of platforms and environments.
• Drive automation efforts for environment provisioning, configuration, and deployment to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
• Work closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to streamline software delivery and boost engineering productivity.
• Continuously identify and act on process improvements to elevate release quality, deployment speed, and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience supporting Temenos Triple’A Plus product, including setup, configuration, and administration.
• Proficient with middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM MQ, JBoss, and Apache.
• Strong experience with Oracle database management and administration.
• Solid knowledge of Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and IBM AIX operating systems.
• Hands-on expertise with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, Aldon, Jira, and Confluence.
• Skilled in scripting and programming languages like Python, Groovy, Shell scripting, and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with container and orchestration platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Aldon or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across teams.
